Text Box: Mission Statement   Our mission is to strengthen working families with a quality child development program. Text Box: Rainbow Child Care Center Our Purpose    To provide quality child care at subsidized rates to parent struggling to break the cycle of dependence on public assistance:  Typically, parents working at minimum wages and/or in job training programs not available to them without child care support.  To offer sanctuary from the neglectful and sometimes violent home environments from which many children come, providing these young lives and their families with the support and nurturing needed to overcome such circumstances.
